Why should I reserve on Kickstarter and not wait to Online Store?
The main three reason are:
- Be the first to have them, enjoy a shoe that makes you feel in clouds, and is 100% sustainable at the same time!
- Enjoy a unique discount, up to 35% compared to future retail price
- Reduced Worldwide shipping
I’m ordering my Coby and can’t choose either color and size
Don’t worry, when the Kickstarter campaign is finished we'll contact you to select the right size and color. We’ll send you a survey and size guide to make sure you are happy with your choice.
What is your size exchange and return policy?
As we are a Startup we have a limited budget.
However, if there is a need for an exchange, we will need to charge for the shipping both ways. Thank you all for understanding. We will do our best to negotiate with the courier for the most economical shipping for you in case that happens.
Also, just to let you know our Merino Softknit Fabric adapts to your fit, which makes choosing size easier and safer and we don't do economical refunds.
Are Coby’s washable?
If you feel like your Coby’s need a shower, you can just throw them to the washing machine on a wool cycle. And make sure to remove your insoles. After that, just air dry them.
You can also use a damp cloth and let them air dry.
I have a wide foot, are Coby’s for me?
Our shoes are medium width, and our sole shape has been especially designed to fit in both narrow and wide feet. In addition, our Merino Softknit fabric adapts like a sock, so it will make your feet feel great in any case.
Removable insole for medic/orthopedic issues?
If you need to wear special insoles, don’t worry! Our insole is removable, so you can always use your own one. Also, our own insole as been designed for maximum comfort and padded with our Merino Wool fabric to keep you comfy and treat your feet like in clouds!
How are Coby Shoes made? How are your sheep treated?
We try to source the finest materials and also make that in a sustainable way. Our wool is sourced from sustainability and animal welfare audited farms. We then produce our Merino Softknit fabric in a small family-owned mill in Italy. And then we assemble our shoes in Europe. Our mission is to create products that have an impact. For that, we have been able to design our whole supply chain to make a shoe that’s has sustainability on top.
